Shine ‘o Vice or SoV is a total conversion being developed for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
It’s 1989. Vice City. Three years had passed since Tommy Vercetti removed Diaz and Sonny Foreli, thus becoming the largest drug baron in Florida. Flint Casie – an uprising mobster from Liberty City, comes to this city in pursue of a mystery. His brother Desmond had died in strange circumstances, and it is up for Flint to find out what exactly happened to Desmond and get his revenge on whoever is behind his brothers death.
