Seen in Liberty City is a remix mod bringing GTA 3 storyline to PSP together with features from other GTA titles. Unlike the original game, there is no way to softlock you out of the 100% completion.
In order to reach the 100% completion, you must:
- Finish 50 story missions;
- Finish 17 payphone missions;
- Complete all rave club errands;
- Complete all dojo assignments;
- Complete all Yakuza warehouse jobs;
- Complete 4 RC vehicle destruction missions;
- Complete 4 offroad challenges;
- Complete the vehicle bomb defusal mission;
- Complete the airport bomb defusal mission;
- Complete the turret-car driver challenge;
- Complete the bomberman challenge;
- Complete the naval fight mission;
- Master 9 levels of paramedic;
- Master 9 levels of firefighter;
- Master 9 levels of vigilante;
- Bring all vehicles to the Portland Harborc crane, Portland Harbor garage, Shoreside Vale garage;
- Do 50 taxi fares;
- Complete 25 rampages;
- Complete 20 unique stunt jumps;
- Find 100 hidden packages.
There is no need to:
- Do goals in a certain order (as said before, there is no way to lock you out of the 100% completion);
- Place bets at fight club;
- Search for myth characters.
